• Finsbay Flatiron is a steak restaurant on Woodlands Road – by day it is light and airy with stripped walls, pale wood and white, bright furniture, and by night it has an inviting, warm glow.

• As the name suggests, Finsbay Flatiron specialises in flat iron steaks – their beef is Scottish and sourced from local butchers, served with rocket and carved into slices, and makes for a simple but satisfying meal.

Steak, sauce or topper & side

• The Deal is for a signature flat iron steak with your choice of sauce or topper and side. Toppers include blue cheese, Gochujang prawns and Corrie fried egg.

• Or choose from sauces such as roast garlic & parsley butter or chimichurri.

• Sides on offer include mac and cheese topped with pancetta and truffle and parmesan fries.

• The offer is available seven days a week, from noon until 9pm.
